A peaceful evening at Marriott Park in Sacramento
Here I am enjoying the golden hour glow beneath the towering oaks of Marriott Park, camera in hand, and quiet all around. It’s my time to experiment with concepts taught by photographer David Wong in the Crocker Museum’s Landscape Photography class.
I’ve been consciously making photos since the early 1970s when I took my first photo class in high school. I was taking pictures long before that. But I never became proficient in the technical aspects of photography. The details always bedeviled me. Hence, the class.
My other camera, of course, is on a tripod. So, did I take the photo?
